Free signup offer requires an appropriate contract, and excludes postage. The speed of our Naked ADSL services is a maximum of 24Mbps/1Mbps. The exact speed will depend on the quality of your internal wiring, distance from the exchange and other physical characteristics of the line. The minimum speed for these services is 1.5Mbps/256k. Once your data allocation has been used, your speed will be reduced to 256k/256k. Upload data is counted towards your total data. To be eligible for VOIP, or free connections on a bundled telephone line, you must agree to waive your CSG rights. Provisioning of the ADSL service requires that all telephony devices on the designated ADSL line are fitted with an inline filter. Most devices can be filtered by the use of a small in-line filter. Monitored Alarms, wall phones or premises with telephone systems must have a Central Line Splitter installed by an Austel approved cabler. Customers who are deemeded to be in a multi-dwelling unit, will need to arrange, and pay, for their own cabler to complete the internal wiring at their place. Additional off-peak data blocks not available on Naked plans. Voip activation needs to be requested (usually same day turn around). Free VOIP numbers are only available from capital cities.
