Call Divert
With Call Divert, you can divert all in-coming calls to another number. This will need to be activated by calling customer service.
Call Divert is a handy way to make sure you won't miss a call when you're out and about on your mobile, at work, or at someone else's home.
There is no additional hardware needed and any telephone can have it active.
Instructions
- Lift the receiver and listen for the dial tone
- Dial *78
- Dial the telephone number the calls are to be diverted to.
- Listen for the confirmation tone (two short beeps).
- Replace the handset

- Lift the receiver
- Dial #78
- Listen for the confirmation tone (two short beeps).
- Replace the receiver
Cost and Availability
EscapeNet call divert is free to use on any plan, and no additional hardware is required.
Normal call cost apply when diverting calls. For example calls diverted to a mobile will be charged to you at standard mobile call rates.
